These Terms (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Eliseev (ID 326127221, registered address: Georgia, City Borjomi, Meskheti Street 31g, office N3 — the "Juris", "we") and the user (the "User", "you") of the Juris service available at juris.ink.

AI usage — important disclaimers

Notice
Juris's AI assistant is a tool, not a replacement for a lawyer. All answers, citations, conclusions and document drafts generated by AI require your professional review before use in real client work or court filings.

Juris uses a combination of AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google NotebookLM, OpenAI Whisper). Despite our accuracy efforts:

  • The AI may make factual errors ("hallucinations")
  • Citations to legal norms may be inaccurate — always verify against the primary source
  • Hearing transcripts may contain recognition errors
  • The AI does not fully account for local case law
  • The legal corpus may be incomplete or outdated

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Final legal decisions, document texts and case strategy are your professional responsibility
  • Juris bears no liability for the consequences of using AI-generated content without your verification
  • You must inform your clients of AI tool usage in their cases where required by professional ethics or law

Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the Service for:

  • Violating the laws of any country
  • Violating third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy of correspondence, etc.)
  • Processing third parties' personal data without their consent and without legal basis
  • Distributing malware, spam, phishing
  • Bypassing tariff limits, rate limits, security
  • Reverse engineering the Service, scraping our API or the interface
  • Building derivative services on our infrastructure
  • Using the Service to prepare documents in cases against Juris or affiliated parties
  • Reselling or transferring access to third parties without our written consent

  • Content you upload (documents, notes, audio)
  • Outputs of your work (texts of pleadings, objections, notes)
  • Your clients' data and case materials

By using the Service, you grant Juris a limited licence to store, process and display your content — solely for the purpose of providing the service. The licence terminates when content is deleted or the account is closed.

AI-generated content: rights to texts and analyses created by AI in response to your queries pass to you per the API providers' terms (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Juris does not claim rights to this content.

  • You undertake to keep credentials confidential and not disclose confidential technical information about the Service
  • Data processing details — see Privacy Policy

Governing law
